Compatibility of career and family

As a family managed company we attach great importance to real compatibility of work and family. We are certain that future success fundamentally depends on how well we manage to acquire qualified and committed employees who remain with the company. With a family-oriented personnel policy we contribute to an improved balance of work and private life. In May 2011 EJOT was awarded the certificate "audit berufundfamile" (work and family audit) and since then numerous measures have been put in place:
  • In addition to various working time models for full and part time work, other alternative work place solutions have also been offered. 
  • A children's summer camp during the summer holidays, helps parents with the child care during that time. In addition it is also possible to bring the children to work in unforeseen situations and where the work environment allows this. 
  • Close cooperation with different institutions also guarantee that the employee can seek advice and help in a protected environment in case of problem situations (e.g. education, addictions). 
  • We place special value on staying in contact with the employees during times of longer absence, as for example parental leave, illness or home care for close relatives.
