Ordering and Despatch cut-off times
Whilst we aim for you to receive your order as soon as possible, please be aware an order must be placed online before 16:00 hrs for it to be despatched that day, and delivery is dependent upon the chosen delivery method.
Please be aware demand for EJOT products is high and stock is subject to availability at the time the order is placed. Should the current stock end prior to you completing your order, you will receive a notification from a member of our Customer Services team who will be able to confirm the availability of stock.
EJOT UK currently only despatches to UK destinations, i.e. the UK Mainland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Certain destinations may be subject to additional costs and transport times, dependent upon local geographic despatch routes. Should you wish to clarify if your Postcode or Region may be affected and how, please contact Customer Services on 01977 687 040 or email email@example.com.
Please contact our Customer Service Department for any items that you wish to return, stating the order number and parts.
Note: It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange return transportation of goods unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund where the goods are not fit for purpose upon their return. We reserve the right to refuse the return of a non-stocked item, unless the goods were defective when delivered. Should an item be defective EJOT UK must be notified within 24 hours of delivery otherwise its return may be refused.
