A cornerstone of EJOT’s portfolio is the pioneering PT screws for thermoplastics (and its successor, the EVO PT®), alongside plastite thread forming screws designed to optimise material displacement. These thread-forming screws for plastics utilise a unique geometry that boasts a narrow flank angle. This design significantly minimises radial stress, which prevents boss bursting and allows engineers to safely specify thread forming screws for thin plastic applications.
