Consultation with Soprema UK followed by compatibility / weld-strength testing resulted in a positive approval for EJObar. Approved Soprema UK membrane installers hot welded the 3 metre EJObars into position, creating a penetrative-free fixing base on which to install the K2 system. The contractors have also utilised the EJObars with great effect, as a carrier system for mechanical and electrical ancillaries such as electrical cable trays and pipework.
HTK 2G 75mm tube-washer
Consultation between the main contractor, Evo Energy, and the membrane manufacturer Fatra, had meant independent compatibility / weld-strength testing by the membrane manufacturer, which resulted in a positive approval for EJObar. Approved Fatra membrane installers, Tilbury Roofing were sub-contracted to hot weld the 1m EJObars into position. The range of lengths that EJObar is manufactured in, proved a distinct advantage in certain areas of the roof.
